As you may know, I run two monthly property newsletters, and have been doing so for nearly 10 years, Property Auction News and Hot Property Alert. They’re a little different from other property newsletters, for a start, we don’t take advertising. No one can pay to be featured in our media. The people and companies we choose to promote have to offer products and services that we consider to be exceptional. Mostly these are heavily discounted property opportunities where you’re buying under market value, very often 15% to 20%, but half-price is not uncommon. In fact we often feature deals whereby readers can buy property at half of its verified market value.
I don’t think it’s too immodest of me to suggest that over the years we’ve been instrumental in helping a good many people take control of their future financial security by investing in property. And judging from the swathe of correspondence I receive, it appears that a great many have done very well indeed from their investments, and continue to build and develop their portfolios.
