Fabulous EIS Tax Benefits
Massive Potential & Wonderfully Glossy & Glamorous Fringe Benefits

This is a film investment opportunity that I know many of you have been waiting for: a chance to invest in the next movie from the stable that brought you
Clubbed.
Photographs from the first public screening of
Clubbed, which took place at BAFTA on Piccadilly on Wednesday October 31st, can be found here:
www.formosafilms.com/baftaclubbed/As you’ll see from the images, it really was a
fantastic evening, when 200 investors, their friends and the production team of Formosa Films were privileged to see the final, finished and polished, high-definition and surround-sound version of our movie
Clubbed, starring Mel Raido, Colin Salmon, Shaun Parkes and Maxine Peake. I had a fabulous time. The film’s reception was overwhelming, and I’m in receipt of a swathe of correspondence from readers and investors that attests to how marvellously the film was received and enjoyed. Everyone agreed that the direction was taught and gripping, the casting was exemplary, Geoff Thompson’s dialogue was sharp, thoughtful and memorable, and the whole production stood up as a superb British gangster flick. Mel Raido’s performance alone was phenomenal. We believe that
Clubbed will do tremendous business worldwide. Sponsorship is flooding in and there is serious talk of a 400-cinema release next Spring. Investors have every reason to feel proud of their product, and secure in receiving significant returns on capital. Being someone who has invested £100,000 in the project, this is all very encouraging to hear. Speaking with fellow investors recently, we’re all
hugely pleased we made the initial commitment.
And so now it’s time to move on …
Announcing Our New Movie … : Twenty8kTwenty8k has been developed by Neil Thompson, the director and co-producer of
Clubbed, and his brother Armand. It is inspired by a collection of real incidents that occurred in the early 1990s following a teenage gang shooting, and deals with themes such as gang wars, celebrity culture, media manipulation, police corruption and moral panic.
The script has once again been written by BAFTA award-winning writer Geoff Thompson and it is proposed to shoot
Twenty8k next year in Formosa Films’ house style. Like
Clubbed, it will be highly polished and cinematic, with a glossy, commercial look. It will feature a soundtrack of 1990s garage classics, a fabulous cast and an upmarket suburban setting with glamorous locations. Formosa has chosen to produce
Twenty8k because they believe that the time is right for a home-grown classy, glossy and sassy romantic thriller to hit the cinema screens. And they believe that the
Twenty8k story has extremely compelling and very relevant themes for our times.
I am once again going to be involved as Associate Producer and Executive Producer, and we hope that you will join us in the development of
Twenty8k as it evolves into what we believe will be an exciting, successful and extremely entertaining feature film.

Twenty8k is a truly compelling investment story. Already, many Clubbed investors are piling in, and those who missed out on Clubbed are now taking advantage of this new opportunity and climbing onboard. But it won’t last for long. Last time 3 investors cleaned up the remaining shares in minutes, and there’s talk of large institutions and high net worth individuals circling this offer.
